Lenny was Kickoff at May of 2009 and targeted to the market Q3 2010. That is in response to low cost touch screen mobile phones launched to the market by competitors in end of 2008. Nokia needed to catch up the competition with low cost touch device, so that S40 Touch and Type is an upgrade path to the portfolio and the project main focus was to increase competitiveness of S40 platform. |
